We’ve been looking forward to dining here for quite some. The food was great - freshly prepared, nicely presented and came to our table within a reasonable amount of time. Our server was polite, however we were hoping she would check in on our table after we began our meal. We addressed our concerns and Katarina the manager was very kind and attentive. This location is clean and very well run. We’ll definitely be coming back and hopefully we’ll be making it our regular ‘go to’ for Swiss Chalet. Thank you for a lovely evening.
Fantastic service from Katalina! Been coming to Swiss Chalet for years with my large family, and she has really stood out as one of the best servers we’ve had. Extremely friendly, and her attentiveness was amazing. The food came out very fast, and was delicious. Recommend this location very highly
I stopped here for dinner after a long day helping my father in law with some things. My husband had the 1/4 chicken with roast beef that they're advertising now. It was SO good. (My husband, let me have a bite) I'm impressed with the beef from a chicken place, and the take out staff was great. If we're ever in the area, this has always been the place to go, right off the QEW.
I always enjoy some Swiss Chalet. My current trip was excellent. Katrina was an amazing server that was so friendly and fast. The chicken was perfectly cooked and moist. And of course, what is Swiss Chalet without the sauce? Had a great experience.
Came back for the amazing service offered by McKenzie, she makes the restaurant experience so much better! Props to our server, and the team for a good experience. Would recommend to others for her service and the chicken strips!
We had a wonderful experience in Swiss Chalet. This was our first visit and we are highly satisfied. Ms. Sohagi served us and she suggested us well to make our best menu selection. My son just expressed his top satisfaction for the great test of all items that we had. The server was very cordial and prompt in action. We would love to visit this restaurant again and again.
Katarina was a fantastic server and treated my family with such kindness. The food was great, as always and the atmosphere was family friendly. 10/10 would recommend!
This is our third time in recent months that we have been to this location and all three times we have had five star treatment. Our server Veronika was excellent very attentive to our needs and very hospitable. The food is always quality and consistently good. The two can dine Tuesdays is an awesome deal and something we will continue to take advantage of while they have this offer. This location is also very clean, spacious and comfortable with its warm atmosphere. I hope they keep this location open as it is a gem and throwback to the days when people went out to eat to have a great experience.
